Upon request, I can provide a superbill for nutrition services. You may submit this detailed receipt to your insurance company to request potential reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Because coverage varies by insurance plan, reimbursement is not guaranteed. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network benefits for nutrition counseling.
